Getting your kids back-to-school with Bach Flower Remedies

Summer is almost over and all over the Houston area, kids and parents are preparing to go back to school. This time of year can be one of the most stressful times of the entire year but there are many alternative, stress-relieving remedies out there to help. One of these remedies that is growing in popularity here in the United States is the line of Bach Flower remedies designed especially for children.

Bach flower remedies were developed in the 1930’s by Edward Bach, a British homeopath. The remedies are all developed from tinctures of 38 different trees and flowers, including Clematis, Heather and Wild Rose. Most of the Remedies do contain alcohol but the newly developed Bach Kids formulas are alcohol-free and do not cause drowsiness, making them completely appropriate for children in school.

Bach Kids Confidence Remedy -  dealing with new situations is always difficult but a lack of self-confidence can make it nearly impossible. This formula is designed to help increase confidence and reduce fears.
