I was just looking for this info for a while. After 6 hours of continuous Googleing, finally I got it in your website. I wonder what is the lack of Google strategy that do not rank this kind of informative sites in top of the list. Generally the top sites are full of garbage.

Most of this is wrong. BANANAS are one of the MOST constipating foods you can eat–it is not a remedy. They are high inpotassium, but also very high in sugars.

lpgretzil, if you eat a green banana, it likely causes constipation. Bananas are supposed to be yellow. Even a green apple, pear or any other unripe fruit can cause constipation too. Or if you eat too many bananas, that may cause the problem.

Bananas is well known to help relieve constipation. If it causes your constipation, you should visit your doctor it might be a symptom of something wrong in your body.
