Herbal Remedies in Your Kitchen for Acne Treatment

You probably have some herbs and spices in your kitchen which can be used as herbal remedies to treat acne:

Cucumber
Lemon
Apple
Potato
Tomato
Carrot
Mint Leaves
Orange Peel

How to Make Herbal Remedies for Curing Acne

1. Cut a potato, or cucumber, or lemon, or apple, or tomato, or carrot in half, rub it on your face and keep it on overnight. It dries your skin out. You can save the potato (or cucumber, lemon, apple, tomato, carrot) for the next night by keeping it in the refrigerator.

2. Cut a few slices of potato, or cucumber, or lemon, or apple, or tomato, or carrot, cover the affected areas with them, leave for 30 minutes, and rinse with cold water.

3. Make a paste out of a potato (or cucumber, or lemon, or apple, or tomato, or carrot, or mint leaves, or orange peel) with honey (or vinegar, or honey, or egg white, or soy sauce, or coconut milk, or water), you can also add salt to it. Apply to your skin, and leave for 30 minutes, then wash off with cold water.

4. You can also find canned cucumbers, lemon juice, apple juice, tomato juice (or Ketchu), mint leave juice, and orange juice in a grocery store. Just use a cotton ball to dab the juice on the affected skin.
