Allergy, or Hypersensitivity, is a disorder of the immune system. It is an allergic reaction to something that may not affect other people. Most common allergies include Dust mites, Hay fever, Insect stings, Pet dander, Penicillin allergy, Food allergy, like Peanut allergy, Milk allergy, etc. Many children and adults suffer from allergies. The following native allergy remedies can be used for allergy relief.

1. Thyme. Mash fresh thyme leaves with a little water into a paste, apply it to your skin, cover with a cloth and sit back and rest for about 30 minutes before washing it off. It will relieve skin inflammation.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is often used to ease the symptoms of sinus infection as well as to treat allergies. Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is rich in vitamins E, A, B1, B2, B6, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. It contains many healing properties and can reduce the amount of mucus in the sinus cavities, soothes sore throats, and help cure colds.

3. Eucalyptus. As a natural allergy cure, eucalyptus helps calm coughs and relieve nasal congestion. Eucalyptus increases the production of saliva to reduce the urge to cough. Given these properties, eucalyptus is considered to be one of the best natural allergy remedies.

4. Coffee. Coffee may help relax your bronchial passages. A study showed that drinking one to three cups of coffee every day may reduce asthma symptoms.
