Menstrual Cramp Massage Oil #1: 1 ounce carrier oil, 4 drops each chamomile, lavender and marjoram essential oils.

Menstrual Cramp Massage Oil #2: 1 ounce carrier oil, 2 drops each chamomile, lavender, marjoram, clary sage, geranium and ginger essential oils.

Menstrual Cramp Massage Oil #3: 1 ounce carrier oil, 10 drops each clary sage and lavender essential oils.

Menstrual Cramp Massage Oil #4: 1 ounce carrier oil, 15 drops peppermint oil, 10 drops cypress oil, and 5 drops lavender oil.

Combine the carrier oil with the essential oils. You can use sweet almond oil, or Saint-John’s-wort oil, or jojoba oil as carrier oil.

How to Use the Menstrual Cramp Massage Oil:

1. Apply it by rubbing over the lower abdomen. If you have pains on your lower back, hips, or shoulders, you can also use it on the areas.
2. Gently massage the area in a clockwise direction for minutes for pain relief from menstrual cramps.
