Thistle root is a cooling herb that can reduce inflammation. Aloe and angelica root also help to cleanse liver blood and soothe liver. Myrrh can relieve pains and help treat wounds and joint pains.

Swedish bitters can be used Internally or Externally. For treating constipation, liver disease, high blood pressure, etc, drink 1-2 teaspoons, twice a day. For treating wounds, bruises and joint pains, apply it to the affected area. Drinking Swedish bitters can also help relieve pain and stimulate circulation in treating wounds, bruises and joint pains.
