There are eight natural remedies that can be used for treatment of diabetes: fig leaves, black seed, fenugreek, cinnamon, grape seed extract, olive oil, bitter melon and Vitamin C.

1. Fig Leaves

– 1 half cup of black seeds (heated)
– 1 half cup of watercress seeds (or mustard seeds)

– Put them in a blender and make a fine powder
– Take one teaspoon of the ground powder one hour before eating
– Once a day for 4 weeks

3. Fenugreek

Fenugreek is said to help treat diabetes. Here is the recipe:

Take 10-20 grams of fenugreek with each meal once a day.
