Mango can be used as skin care remedy to help treat your acne if you are not allergic to it.

Mango is rich in Vitamin A and beta-carotene. It can restore, rejuvenate and revive the skin with vigour. The fruit can reduce dark spots, blemishes, acne and add shine and glow to the skin.

How to Use Mango to Treat Your Acne

Method 1 – Fresh Mango:

– Cut a large piece of a mango.
– Apply it to the affected area of your face.
– Keep it on your face for 30 minutes, or rub the juice to your face.
– Then wash your face with warm water.

Method 2 – Boiled Mango Paste:

– Peel the skin of a mango.
– Slice the mango, and cut it into small pieces.
– Boil it in a pan with 1 cup of water till the mango turns into a paste.
– After cooled, apply it to your face as a mask.
– Leave it on your face for two hours and rinse with warm water.

Method 3 – Mango Skin:

– Peel the skin of a mango
– Use the skin to rub your face
– Leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes
– Wash it off with cold water
– Twice or thrice a week

Method 4 – Mango and Milk Paste:

– Peel a mango
– Take a teaspoon of its pulp and smash it
– Mix the pulp with half a teaspoon of milk to make a paste
– Apply it to your face
– After 20 minutes, wash it off

You can also eat the fruit. It relieves clogged pores of the skin.

But, please note, a lot of people are allergic to mangoes. The symptoms after eating the fruit include: itchy throat, breathing problems, runny nose, watery eyes, swelling of the throat, hoarseness, sneezing, diarrhea, or itchy, inflamed, blistery, and flaky skin, etc.

Precautions should be taken when using this fruit for treating your disorders. Do not eat too much in a day.
