How to make Dashmool

Dashmool contains 10 herbal roots.

Ingredients:

– Shalaparni (Desmodium gangeticum)how-to-make-dashmool
– Prushniparni (Uraria picta)
– Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum)
– Bruhati (Solanum indicum)
– Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)
– Bilva (Aegle marmelos)
– Agnimantha (Premna integrifolia)
– Shyonaka (Oroxylum indicum)
– Kashmari (Gmelina arborea)
– Patala (Stereospermum suaveolens)

Directions:

– Take equal parts of the dried roots of the above ten herbs
– Make them into a fine powder
– Store it in a jar

How to use Dashmool

– Put 1 teaspoon (5 gram) powder and a cup of water in a pot
– Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes
– Drink it, twice a day
