Mustard oil can be used to treat hair loss. As you may know that, adding henna into mustard oil can improve the effectiveness of the herbal remedy.

How to make this hair loss remedy

1. Prepare 400 grams of high quality mustard oil and 50 grams of henna leaves. You can find both mustard oil and henna leaves in local grocery stores or special herbal shops.

2. Put the mustard oil into a large pot and heat it with medium fire. Then add the henna leaves to boiling oil. Be careful not to have any water into the oil, otherwise the boiling oil will splatter and can burn you. When the oil turns reddish brown, turn off the fire. Let it cool down overnight and strain the mixture next morning.

3. You can add a few drops of lemon juice to the oil to strengthen the effects.

Now the homemade hair loss oil is ready to use.

Rub the oil into your scalp, cover up your hair with the towel and leave for 4 hours or overnight, and then wash away with regular shampoo. You can apply this remedy every week or every two weeks.

Please note: adding henna to the mustard oil will make your hair a little reddish and darker.
