Lingzhi Huang Qi Tea is a Chinese remedy. It is said to help treat Leukopenia and Hypercholesterolaemia.

Leukopenia (leukocytopenia, or leucopenia) is a decrease in the number of white blood cells. Leukopenia decreases the ability of the body to fight infections. In other words, low white blood cells increase risk of infection.

hypercholesterolaemia (High cholesterol level) is the condition, in which the levels of cholesterol in the blood are higher than normal.

In this formula, Huang qi (Astragalus) is effective to increase Qi and nourish blood. And both Lingzhi (Ganoderma lucidum) and Huang qi (Astragalus) strengthen the immune system, and have effects of increasing white blood cell counts.

Here is how to make this tea:

– Use equal amount of ganoderma lucidum and astragalus to make a fine powder
– Each time, immerse 10g of the powder in boiling water
– Drink it when it is lukewarm
– Twice a day
