How to use black pepper:

1. Add black pepper powder to your dishes or soups.

– Black pepper may be effective in treating non infectious diarrhea and other digestive disorders simply due to coldness. If the disorder is caused by infection or other disease, black pepper may not be helpful.

– Black pepper is a warming and drying herb. It should not be used for a patient with hemoptysis, epistaxis (nosebleeds), bloody diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids, high blood pressure, stomach ulcers, inflamed gums, sore throat, bad breath, etc.
