How to treat acne with lavender oil

You may test it by starting out with a very mild dose (dilute it in carrier oils like grape-seed oil or almond oil).
To dilute it, you can add 20 drops of lavender oil to 30 ml of carrier oil. then apply it to the spots.

Some people use it undiluted on the skin, but this may not suit everyone. To avoid the risk of damaging your skin, it is recommended to dilute it before using it.
