– A piece of clear plastic wrap
– A pair of thick and cozy socks
– A foot bath container
– Shea butter
– Warm water

Directions:

– Before going to bed, place a foot bath container on the floor
– Fill the container with warm water
– Add 1 teaspoon of shea butter to the water
– Soak your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes to soften the skin of your feet
– Towel dry
– Apply some unrefined shea butter to your feet
– Massage it to all of the rough, dry areas (heel, sides and toes of your feet)
– Wrap it up with the plastic wrap, then put on the socks
– Leave it on overnight
– Do this every night
