– Water 1 cup
– Boil them for 10 minutes to make a decoction
– Drink it, twice a day

To treat menopausal tension

– Carrot seeds 1 teaspoon
– Milk 1 glass
– Boil them for 10 minutes
– Drink it, once a day

To treat irregular menstruation and cold uterus

– Carrot seeds 1 teaspoon
– Dried ginger powder 1 teaspoon
– Water 2 cups
– Boil them for 10 minutes
– Drink it, twice a day
