– Asparagus Racemosus powder 1 gram
– Honey 1 teaspoon
– Warm water 1 cup
– Mix well
– Drink it, twice a day

Recipe 3 – for injuries or wounds:

– Dried Asparagus Racemosus root powder 15 grams
– Water 2 cups
– Boil and simmer for 5 minutes to make a decoction
– Use it as an external wash to wash the injury or wound

Recipe 4 – for anxiety and stress:

– Dried Asparagus Racemosus powder 1/2 teaspoon
– Dried Ashwagandha powder 1/2 teaspoon
– Take it by mouth with warm water after dinner
– Once per day
