Eczema is an inflammation of the skin. It usually caused by an allergic reaction, which relates to your immune system and your environment, but it may also relate to what you eat. If you have tried everything for eczema treatment, but have not seen improvement, or you get eczema quite often, then you may need to think about your diet. Try to change what you eat for about two weeks, and see if it helps.
