Eczema is an inflammation of the skin. It usually caused by an allergic reaction, which relates to your immune system and your environment, but it may also relate to what you eat. If you have tried everything for eczema treatment, but have not seen improvement, or you get eczema quite often, then you may need to think about your diet. Try to change what you eat for about two weeks, and see if it helps.
1. Eat steamed broccoli, raw carrots, and green beans.
2. Drink green tea.
3. Avoid spicy food, chilli, and alcohol to reduce inflammation.
4. Strictly avoid acidic foods. you might need to staying away from citrus friuts, ketchup, sweets, orange and tomato.
5. Some people may need to avoid peanuts, fish, shrimp, lobster, eggs, all wheat, cows milk, and dairy products.
You may also take some nutritional supplements to boost your immune system. The following supplements may help you:

Vitamin B12
vitamin E
