It is said that acne can be treated with urine therapy. Some people found that they had tried almost all the other home remedies - lemon, vinegar, aloe, aspirin, essential oils, etc, but only urine therapy worked.

Here is how to treat acne with urine therapy:

- Do no eat garlic, asparagus, or some other food that makes your urine smell bad
- Use a cotton ball to catch the mid-stream of your urine
- Apply it to the affected area
- Leave it for 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your schedule
- Wash off with water
- Try it for a week to see the result

Please note, if your skin is allergic to the urine, stop the therapy immediately. If no improvement after a week, stop the therapy.

For some people, there might be a psychological barrier to use urine therapy. Using urine? sorry, I can’t do it. Well, urine therapy is gross, but who cares if it works. And it is free. Even you have a lot of money, if no other treatment works for you, you may want to try this one. Besides, it is not using someone’s urine, but your own urine - no need to worry about infection, because if there is infection, it already exists in your body. Do not want your friends laughing at you “this guy rubbed urine all over his face!” Well, you do not have to tell it to every one.

Anyway, you have got nothing to lose by doing this if your skin is not allergic to the urine. It might not work, but who knows it might be a miracle that will cure your problem if all other treatments are ineffective.
