Celery is a wonderful vegetable that helps lower high blood pressure, treat arteriosclerosis, neurasthenia and insomnia.
Recipe 1: Celery Rice Gruel for high blood pressure, headache, dizziness and red eyes
Rice 100 grams,
Celery 150 grams (chopped)
Water 800 ml
Put them in a big pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours. Or you can use a slow cooker to make the gruel overnight.
When the gruel is ready. You can add salt or sugar according to your taste.
This remedy is good for high blood pressure, headache, dizziness and red eyes caused by liver-fire.
Recipe 2: Celery, Onion and Ham for Hypertension, Arteriosclerosis, Neurasthenia and Insomnia
Cut celery, onion and ham into small pieces, add salt, vinegar and a little MSG, mix well.
This is a delicious salad, and also a good remedy for helping to lower hypertension, soften arteries, calm nerves, and relieve neurasthenia and insomnia.
