Typically, obesity is caused by highly efficient digestive system. Some people eat a lot, but have no obesity problem, but some people eat little and still gain weight. The reason for this is that, those people, who eat little but still gain weight, have high efficiency digestive organs. It is not bad with a digestive system so efficient if you are in a starving country, you might survive with little food. But “unfortunately”, today in the West, people have too much food to eat. Those who have low efficiency digestive system and might not survive in starving circumstances, become “lucky” – they can eat (“waste”) a lot of food but still do not gain weight!

Well, that’s funny. But how to reduce obesity, or lose weight anyway?

Basically, since too much intake of food and highly efficient digestive system are two factors that contribute to the obesity problem, you should either control of intake of food, or lower the efficiency of your digestive system:

Eat less;
Eat foods that contain less fat;
Eat fat burning foods;
Eat foods that help lower the efficiency of your digestive system.
