Olive oil, coconut milk and mustard oil all can be used for hair care, but you should know the differences between them.

What are the differences

Olive oil makes your hair looking healthy and shiny. Coconut milk is good for hair thinning. But both olive oil and coconut milk do not control much of hair loss.

Mustard oil has effects to stimulate the skin of the scalp, induces a warm sensation, increases blood circulation of the scalp. Therefore it can help treat hair loss.

If your hair is dry or thin, less shiny, you can use olive oil or coconut oil to add nutrition to your hair. But if you have hair loss problem, you can use mustard oil to treat it.
